I've literally have the best time teaming upwards with Delallo this month. Not only is their dough kit basically my new favorite pantry staple (I literally accept 2 dozen in my pantry at the moment), but it's freaking good. And who wouldn't want to accept the task of creating pizza recipes to share with you lot guys on a weekly basis? Pizza is piece of cake, delicious, a total oversupply pleaser and if you're lucky… it makes for the perfect breakfast the side by side day. What's non to love!??

This Wild Mushroom Roasted Squash Pizza is my latest creation is information technology screams fall. Wild mushrooms from the farmers marketplace, my new favorite kind of squash and this addictive Roasted Garlic Paste that you're basically going to want to slated on everything you consume for the foreseeable futurity. Oh… and don't forget to top it off with some fried sage… it's the right matter to do!!

Wild Mushroom Roasted Squash Pizza

Form Dinner

Cuisine Italian

  • 1 recipe Delallo Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups shredded Taleggio cheese
  • one ½ pounds contrasted wild mushrooms
  • i/2 delicata squash thinly sliced and seeds removed
  • Roasted Garlic Paste recipe beneath
  • Kosher salt and freshly croaky blackness pepper
  • fried sage to garnish

For the Roasted Garlic Paste

  • iii tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head garlic
  • Pinch chili flakes
  • three tablespoons shredded parmesan
  • Bring a medium sauté to medium high rut with the olive oil. Add the contrasted mushrooms and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden. Flavor with salt and pepper and prepare bated. In the aforementioned pan, add together the sliced delicata squash with some extra olive oil and pan sear until cooked. Flavor with common salt and pepper and fix aside.

For the Roasted Garlic Paste

  • Pre-heat your oven to 450 degrees F. Trim the height of the caput of garlic to expose the tops of the garlic cloves. Place the head of garlic on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Wrap the caput of garlic up in the foil and transfer to the oven to roast for xl minutes.

  • In one case soft, remove the head of garlic from the oven and carefully pop out the individual garlic cloves into a bowl. Add the remaining olive oil, red pepper flakes and the parmesan cheese. Brew the mixture together with a fork and use as needed for the pizza.
